MySwatches is a small, independent business. All swatch cards are made to order with care. Please review this policy before placing an order.

PROCESSING TIME
Processing times vary based on demand and order volume.

Orders take approximately 1 to 3 weeks to be created and prepared for shipment. We operate with a small team of two and produce each order by hand. All orders are completed in the order they are received.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, production begins shortly after.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times vary by location and carrier after production is complete. Total delivery time ranges up to 1 month from the order date.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays occur due to carrier processing, customs clearance, weather conditions, or periods of high demand. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

ORDER FINALITY, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Because orders enter production shortly after purchase:

Orders are not guaranteed a refund after placement because production begins and materials are paid for shortly after we receive the order. Please email info.myswatches@gmail.com and we will let you know if a cancellation is possible.

Please double-check all order details before completing checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
