Refund policy
NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
All our non physical products are non refundable and we do not offer returns on our physical items based on customers choosing the wrong variant (customer errors), personal dislike or change of mind.
REFUNDS QUALIFICATION
We allow refunds only if there is an error on our part, such as an issue with the swatch cards themselves. Please note that some cards may have a slightly frosted edge due to the laser process used to apply the swatch colors. This is intentional and part of the design, and it is not considered a manufacturing defect.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

You must provide clear photo proof showing the issue with the cards. Photos must clearly show the full product and the specific issue being reported.

The product must have the original seal on it and not be taken off
Refund requests submitted without photo proof will not be reviewed.
Refunds are issued at our discretion after review. If approved, refunds apply to the product price only. things like priority shipping or shipping protection will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the qualifications listed above or that show normal variations, wear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
Shipping times
We aim to process all orders in 1–7 business days. We process orders as quickly as possible. Processing time varies based on demand.
Due to extremely high demand, orders may take 2–3 weeks (not including weekends) to ship and leave our warehouse during periods where we are restocking on the product. We do our best to be transparent about this.
After leaving our warehouse, most orders arrive within 2–4 additional weeks to arrive. We do our best to communicate this and offer refunds if you are unhappy with the wait time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. MySwatches is not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been handed off.
Make Sure Your Address Is Correct
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses lead to delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned shipments. If an order is returned due to an address error provided by the customer, additional shipping fees apply for reshipment.
